- Build the most robust Narcotics Unit in Surry County’s history.
- Launch the A.C.E. Team (Aggressive Criminal Enforcement) — a specialized unit targeting drug trafficking, organized crime, and illegal firearms.
Creating a Thriving Sheriff’s Office
- Foster a culture of respect, professional growth, wellness, and teamwork.
- Recognize and retain local heroes while keeping morale high.

Building a Safer, Smarter Community
- Expand the School Resource Officer (SRO) program.
